Connect Your Bank & Credit Card Accounts to QuickBooks

Just eliminate all your labour-intensive save time and work. Go out and link the credit card and bank accounts to QuickBooks Online. Once you are down with it, the recent transactions will be downloaded.

The credit card and bank accounts will be related through banking section. Follow the steps:
Banking option will be selected. You need to find out the monetary organization or choose “Insert Account” and then carry out the investigation again
Financial institution will be chosen from the list
Next, Login id or User and password for the economic organization website will be entered. After that “Continue” option will be chosen
You need to finish the additional safety authentication steps if it is required by financial institution and then choose “Securely connect”
The bank symbol to the left of the account will be selected that the user likes to connect. After that, account type drop-down menu will be selected to select a credit or card account bank . The user needs to select either a Creditor Bank account. If the account is not created, +Add new option will be chosen to generate a new account
Now, “Connect” option will be selected. QuickBooks Online will install past 90 days of transactions. It will take few minutes:
If the user requires < 90 days, you will have to choose “Need a shorter data range”
If the user needs > 90 days, more than 90 days of bank transactions will be uploaded
Once the download is finished, the user will be redirected to Banking page to review and transactions will be added to QuickBooks Online
The bank accounts through Chart of Accounts will be linked
The user has the facility to link an active bank account from Chart of Accounts
You need to keep in mind that credit cards can’t be linked through Chart of Accounts. It is done through Banking. Follow the process:
Gear icon will be chosen and then you will come across Chart of Accounts
The account that needs to be connected will be found out and choose “View Register” drop-down from the Action column. After that “Connect bank” option will be chosen
You need to pursue the prompt and finish the procedure of the bank account.
·         Get the new bank account created in QuickBooks Chart of Accounts, if in case you haven’t created one yet.
Once the account is connected, the transaction is downloaded will be downloaded automatically.
